An intriguing invitation to the party. Fine perlage, important acidity, good persistence, the Blanc De Blanc Anna Botti is a joyful expression of the bubble, sharing a happy moment, a good reason to celebrate and dine.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Vinification: After a scrupulous qualitative selection of the bunches, the grapes in small crates are brought to the cellar for immediate pressing. The must obtained ferments in steel and wood, at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C and is aged on “noble lees” throughout the winter. In spring, cutting is also carried out with old vintages, bottling and second fermentation; the bottles are then left lying down for a second refinement lasting at least 24 months, in contact with the yeasts. This is followed by the remuage operation on the pupitres, then the disgorgement. Before being marketed, the wine is refined in the bottle, in an air-conditioned environment, for about six months. Color: Pale straw yellow with green notes.
Bouquet: Notes of citrus, bread crust, almond.
Mouth: It is well structured, the relationship between acidity and sugar is interesting, tasty and elegant.
