If for any reason the User is not satisfied with the Product, they have the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, by sending a declaration to the e-mail address info@tenutalavigna.it
In case of separate delivery of several Products, ordered by the User in a single order, the period of 14 days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last Product was received.
In case of withdrawal, the User shall return the Product to the Owner, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The User will only bear the direct cost of returning the Product, unless the Owner has declared bearing it.
In the event that withdrawal has been exercised correctly, the Owner will refund the payments received from the User, by the same payment method as that used by the User for the initial transaction, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the User has communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.
The Owner is not obliged to reimburse the costs of delivery, if the User has explicitly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the Owner.
The Owner, unless it has offered to collect the Product itself, may withhold reimbursement until it has received the Product or the User has proven that they have returned the Product.
The Owner will not accept the return if the Product is damaged due to improper use, negligence, damage or physical, aesthetic or superficial alterations, tampering or improper maintenance or wear and tear, absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.). In these cases, the Owner will return the purchased Product to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs.

Procedure to follow
– Send an e-mail to info@tenutalavigna.it containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data and then call Tenuta La Vigna at the following phone number +39 030 9748061
Include in the email:
– Order number and order date
– Invoice number
– Which products are to be returned (identifying them by the article reference number)
– Your bank details (IBAN code)
Then you must wait for a communication from us authorizing the return.
When you have received this communication, you must return (you can use the method most convenient for you e.g., postal service, courier, etc.) the goods subject to return within 15 days to the following address:

Az. Agr. Tenuta La Vigna undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days from receipt of goods by crediting the customer the amount corresponding to the value of goods shown on the invoice. The above amount does not include the shipping costs. This in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.
