Distillation: Grappa from fermented marc of 100% Marzemino grapes. The distillation takes place in 5 quintal copper boilers according to the discontinuous method; the vapors (with gradation between 82 and 45%) are selected by a plate deflemmator column. The grappa is subsequently stored in steel containers. In the spring, refrigeration and filtration are carried out to eliminate essential oils. This is followed by cutting with other aged batches of the same grappa, continuing to enrich the product.
Characteristics: Grappa di Marzemino La Vigna represents the traditional complement to any important lunch, or the occasion for an exclusive gift. The nose is intense and decisive; tasting it is sweet and refined, it does not attack the palate but conquers it with kindness.
